AvicZtoo version 1.2

Thanks to guino for making such a great solution for in car use. Also thanks to everyone involved in making the skin editor, this makes customization so easy.

1.2: Changed Menu skins (Main_Menu, Audio_Function, Video_Function, Exit_menu) to more closely resemble this skin as well as the OSK. Also added transition effects to most skins.
1.1: Added minimize button to all skins except wbrowser (webfavs) and video_player (zoom) by clicking the pioneer button.
Changed text in AUDIO_BROWSER to "expand folder" from "next folder"

These settings are recommended to be changed for this skin to work the way it was designed:

/,In screensaver.ini (in rr folder) change default opacity to 100
/,the above change allows the visualization on the menu.skin to be transparent and show the album info under it. If this is not desired, change this setting to 255.

/,Email client defined in skin is outlook, for this to work correctly add this to ExecTBL.ini: (change {filepath} to actual filepath)
